The Break Belt is used to create additional resistance while swimming. Using the resistance belt while training helps to develop strength endurance, increase the power of your arms and legs, and add variety to your workouts. Resistance increases with the speed of the swimmer. It comes with a sturdy nylon strap with a buckle and five hollow, plastic attachments. Resistance can be adjusted by adding or removing the attachments.

Mad Wave's SHORT BELT swim trainer with elastic cord has been designed to swim with resistance. The cord is short enough to train even in a small pool. The belt with adjustable fastener is placed on the swimmer’s waist, and the other end of the cable is fixed to the side of the pool with a special loop.

The Mad Wave's AQUAWEIGHTS Trainer has been designed to help improve your strength and stamina by adding supplementary weights. The trainer allows you to simply add or reduce the weight without need to completely take it off. AQUAWEIGHTS will ensure a movement freedom with low injury risk.
Designed for swimmers training in cramped conditions in a fixed position between pool lanes. The trainer has a 1.1 m waist strap with two 60 cm long latex cords on the sides. The elastic cords are equipped with 76 cm long adjustable straps with clips at the ends, which can be fastened to the lane dividers. This is so that several swimmers can train in the same lane with just a small distance between them using the STATIONARY TRAINER. The cords fix the swimmer in a stationary position, allowing them to practice any swimming style while the coach assesses the swimmer's movement and gives advice on adjustments. The ropes are also good for adding resistance – great for strength and endurance training! Resistance levels range from 3.6 to 10.8 kg. Not interchangeable.

The Long Safety Cord professional pool trainer is ideal for perfecting your swimming technique in any style. It is a 6-meter latex cable that stretches up to 20 meters. Inside the main cable is an additional, protective one, which protects the athlete in the event that the outer layer ruptures. This trainer is used in combination with the Waist Belt (sold separately) to develop and improve stroke strength and leg work, as well as to increase muscle endurance and strength. It is used to simulate competitive speed during the return movement after extension, helping to improve and control competitive technique. When folded, the simulator is compact and lightweight, which allows you to easily take it with you both for daily workouts and for trips to sports camps. Unlike the Short Belt trainer, which provides immediate resistance, the long rope builds up resistance gradually.
