Trainer to help improve crawl technique on the chest and back. Creates the proper technique for carrying the hand over the water. If the technique is not correct, the paddle will fall off the arm. Useful for beginners and experienced swimmers alike. Trainer improves the efficiency of your stroke and the position of your arm above the water by developing the skill of holding the wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an optimal way. The unique design forces the swimmer to focus on executing the movements correctly, because when you swim with the trainer you have to hold your wrist and forearm in a certain way, which forms the optimal motor skill and muscle memory. The trainer has two closed circuits, one worn on the forearm, the second on the fingers.
Size S – 28 cm from the bend of the elbow to the first finger;
Size L – 34 cm from the bend of the elbow to the first finger.

Mad Wave's SHORT BELT swim trainer with elastic cord has been designed to swim with resistance. The cord is short enough to train even in a small pool. The belt with adjustable fastener is placed on the swimmer’s waist, and the other end of the cable is fixed to the side of the pool with a special loop.
SHORT BELT allows you to get an amazing workout in a small space, improving the strength component of each stroke, footwork effectiveness, and pushing off the wall as the final element of a good turn.

The Long Safety Cord professional pool trainer is ideal for perfecting your swimming technique in any style. It is a 6-meter latex cable that stretches up to 20 meters. Inside the main cable is an additional, protective one, which protects the athlete in the event that the outer layer ruptures. This trainer is used in combination with the Waist Belt (sold separately) to develop and improve stroke strength and leg work, as well as to increase muscle endurance and strength. It is used to simulate competitive speed during the return movement after extension, helping to improve and control competitive technique. When folded, the simulator is compact and lightweight, which allows you to easily take it with you both for daily workouts and for trips to sports camps. Unlike the Short Belt trainer, which provides immediate resistance, the long rope builds up resistance gradually. Each level of load corresponds to a certain color of the simulator, so you can easily choose the level of resistance you need (be sure to consult with your coach when choosing the load):
Resistance 1.3 - 3.6 kg - gray;
Resistance from 2.2 to 6.3 kg - yellow;
Resistance from 3.6 to 10.8 kg - green;

DRY TRAINING with handles at its rope ends allows you to target specific muscle groups at different angles without involving other areas and provides minimal injury risk, which can occur when training with large weights. The simulator can be used in the gym, outdoors, by the pool, or at home. You can use it in any position: lying on your chest or back, lying on a bench, standing, sitting, etc.
DRY TRAINING is 1.2 m long – it is compact and lightweight when folded, which allows you to take it with you to the gym or sports camps.

Each load level corresponds to a specific trainer color:
– Resistance 1.3 to 3.6 kg – gray color (elementary training level, children 10-12 years);
– Resistance of 2.2 to 6.3 kg – yellow color (elementary training level, children of 10-12 years old);
– Resistance from 3.6 to 10.8 kg – green color (intermediate training, adults and teens);
– Resistance from 5.4 to 14.1 kg – red color (adults, experienced swimmers);
– Resistance from 6.3 to 15.4 kg – blue color (professionals).

Mad Wave's professional PRO SNORKEL Swim Trainer has been designed to improve the swimming stroke technique by eliminating the need to turn the head to breathe. The snorkel has excellent hydrodynamic properties, delivering smooth glide through the water. The ergonomic mouthpiece designed by Mad Wave's specialists will bring you superior comfort in use and the reliable locking mechanism will ensure a secure fit. The PRO snorkel is available in 3 colors and 2 different sizes.

Designed for swimmers training in cramped conditions in a fixed position between pool lanes. The trainer has a 1.1 m waist strap with two 60 cm long latex cords on the sides. The elastic cords are equipped with 76 cm long adjustable straps with clips at the ends, which can be fastened to the lane dividers. This is so that several swimmers can train in the same lane with just a small distance between them using the STATIONARY TRAINER. The cords fix the swimmer in a stationary position, allowing them to practice any swimming style while the coach assesses the swimmer's movement and gives advice on adjustments.
