Description

Professional swimming trainer Long Safety Cord for improving swimming technique in all styles. It consists of a 6-meter latex cord that stretches up to 20 meters. Inside the main cord, there is an additional protective cord that protects the athlete in case of a rupture of the outer layer.

The trainer, combined with the Waist Belt (sold separately), is used to develop stroke strength and leg work, as well as to increase muscular endurance and power. It is used to simulate competitive speed during the return movement after stretching the cord. The trainer is compact and lightweight when folded, making it easy to take to training sessions or sports camps. Unlike the Short Belt trainer, which provides immediate sharp resistance, the Long Safety Cord gradually increases resistance.

Each level of load corresponds to a specific color of the trainer. You can choose the necessary level of resistance (consult with a coach for load selection):

Resistance from 1.3 - 3.6 kg - gray;
Resistance from 2.2 to 6.3 kg - yellow;
Resistance from 3.6 to 10.8 kg - green;
Resistance from 5.4 to 14.1 kg - red;
FEATURES:
  • Resistance trainer - the trainer provides additional resistance in the water, allowing to enhance the swimmer's strength and endurance;
  • Reliable cord - has a protective cord inside that safeguards in case of a rupture of the main cord;
  • Compactness - the trainer easily fits into a swimming bag or backpack.
