Dry training with paddles
Compositions
Description
The Dry training with paddles simulator consists of two latex ropes connected by a nylon loop, which allows the simulator to be attached to any sturdy (preferably metal) structure. The free ends of the ropes have paddles. The paddles allow the hand and palm to be in the same position as during a stroke in the water, significantly increasing the effectiveness of training, bringing the workouts with the simulator as close as possible to swimming in a pool. During training, the swimmer imitates the movements made in the water, which helps to notice and correct mistakes made during the stroke.
The total length of the Dry training simulator is 1.2 m. When folded, it takes up little space, is compact, and has a light weight, making it easy to take with you for daily training or on trips to sports camps.
Dry training is available in 5 levels of resistance, allowing you to choose an option that corresponds to the athlete's training level (the load level is chosen by the coach). High resistance is suitable for increasing strength indicators, while lower resistance is for improving endurance and swimming technique.
Each level of resistance corresponds to a specific color of the simulator:
- Resistance from 1.3 to 3.6 kg – gray color of the simulator (beginner level, children 10–12 years old);
- Resistance from 2.2 to 6.3 kg – yellow color of the simulator (beginner level, children 10–12 years old);
- Resistance from 3.6 to 10.8 kg – green color of the simulator (intermediate level, teenagers and adults);
- Resistance from 5.4 to 14.1 kg – red color of the simulator (adults, experienced swimmers);
- Resistance from 6.3 to 15.4 kg – blue color of the simulator (professionals).
