Drag gloves

Drag gloves are a training tool designed to enhance water awareness, refine stroke technique, and improve swimming efficiency.

During drag glove workouts, swimmers are compelled to place greater emphasis on their stroke technique. These gloves offer a different feel of water resistance to the palms, allowing for a finer appreciation of the engagement of the forearm and elbow at various phases of the stroke. They can be utilized by both novice and professional swimmers.
