Description

Hip rotator is a device for improving freestyle and backstroke swimming technique. The device consists of a belt with two fin-like paddles that are attached to it with Velcro.

This device helps to correctly determine the moment of hip and torso rotation during the stroke. If the swimmer turns the torso insufficiently or at the wrong time, they will inevitably hit the paddle with their hand during the stroke.

For freestyle swimming, secure the device around the waist, then attach the paddles in the positions of 3 and 9 o'clock. For backstroke – 2 and 10 o'clock.
