Short resistance bands

Short Resistance Band set has been designed for effective physical training. Using mini bands in your regular workout you can develop strength and endurance, and target any body part without putting extra pressure on the joints.
Mini bands have different levels of resistance. You can easily adjust the intensity of the exercises by changing the bands and the amplitude of your movements. For higher loads, you can put one band on the other.
