The removable belt for the Long Safety Cord (purchased separately) is covered with neoprene on the outside. It fits waist sizes up to 120 cm.

The Waist Belt, when used in combination with the Long Safety Cord, is designed for resistance swimming and acceleration simulations, helping to develop explosive acceleration skills and improve the power aspect of each stroke, as well as increase muscle endurance.
