Aqua Blade long

Aqua Blade long – rubber fins with a long blade for training in the pool. The model is suitable for both recreational swimming and for developing cardiovascular power and serious technique work. The universal foot pocket fits both narrow and wide feet.

The feature of long fins for the pool is that they help enhance movement due to the large surface area in contact with the water. This allows for a better feel of the movement of the legs and body while swimming. When performing exercises with long fins, the correct technique of coordinated work between the torso and legs is reinforced: the impulse comes from the hip, not the knee. The fins are also suitable for practicing fast movements after starts and turns.

Made from 100% soft hypoallergenic rubber – due to the lower elasticity of the material, additional load and speed are created. Rubber fins do not sink in water, so they can also be used in open water.

The closed heel and open toe ensure a secure fit. The textured sole in the heel area improves grip on the edge – you won't slip when getting out of the water. The ergonomic design guarantees comfortable foot placement and prevents muscle strain.

Each size corresponds to a specific color of the fin – making it easy to find the right fins for group use in the pool.
