Pull buoy EXT

The professional Pull buoy EXT is an essential accessory for training the upper body muscles and improving stroke technique.

The ergonomic shape of the buoy allows for easy and effective isolation of leg work and creates additional load on the arms. The buoy is made of durable, wear-resistant EVA material, which has a high level of buoyancy, allowing the swimmer's legs to be supported in a horizontal position. One side of the buoy is slightly narrower than the other, allowing for buoyancy adjustment. If the wider part of the buoy is facing the bottom of the pool while the narrow part is held between the legs, it will give the lower body greater buoyancy.
