Flow kickboard for improving swimming technique and rehabilitating athletes. A universal trainer with a special indentation in the center that allows you to secure the board between your legs and use it not only as a kickboard but also as a pull buoy for swimming with your arms.

The model is made of pleasant-to-touch, durable EVA material with a thermally treated surface that provides additional wear resistance and prevents water absorption. Special finger grooves ensure a secure and comfortable grip. Rounded edges prevent chafing of the skin during training. The board is compact and fits into almost any sports backpack.
